Our school will be delivering Progress Reports (Grades 1 to 8) and Communication of Learning (Initial Observations—FDK) on Tuesday, November 18. Due to unexpected technical issues with the vendor our school board uses for electronic report card delivery, we will not be able to provide Progress Reports electronically via the Parent Portal. As a result, all student progress reports will be sent home in hard copy format. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through this temporary change. The board is actively working with the vendor to resolve the issue, and we anticipate that electronic delivery will resume for Term 1 Report Cards. Parent-Teacher Interviews will be held on Thursday, November 20 (evening) and on Friday, November 21 (morning). Please also note that Friday, November 21 is a P.A. Day for all students. Parent-Teacher interviews are 10 minutes. A hard copy of the Parent-Teacher Interview Form was sent home on Monday, October 27. We will be scheduling interviews as a school during the morning of Tuesday, November 4 (same as we have done in the past). Your scheduled interview time will be sent home by your child’s teacher.
